"Down With The Boogey" starts off as a romantic comedy entitled "The Professor". The title character, Jerry Martin, doesn't play by the rules, neither do his students. When he starts to have feelings for a fellow professor named Samantha, the film is brought to a halt by a powerful, yet laid back, being known as Boogey. Boogey convinces Jerry that he belongs in a horror film and trains him to be a killer.

Jerry's new movie "Teen Blood" gets off to a bad start when he misses his first kill. Jerry must now join forces with one of the teens, a loner named Phil, to get the movie back on track. Unbeknownst to them, "Teen Blood" already had a killer.
